AON Prop's newest project sits inside Jumeirah Golf Estate, Dubai — a 6,500 sq ft villa acquired with planning secured to extend it beyond 8,000 sq ft, alongside a complete internal and external refurbishment. The scheme includes full landscaping and a new resort-style swimming pool, with construction due to complete in Q2 2027.
