AON Property Management gives landlords and investors complete confidence in the day-to-day running of their portfolios — attentive, responsive, and built on the same standards as the rest of the AON Group.
AON Property Management is a small but essential part of the AON Group — set up because every asset we acquire needs looking after, whatever happens to it next.
AON Prop acquires high-value bricks-and-mortar assets around the world, and whatever the strategy for each one — sell, hold, or somewhere in between — the asset still needs managing. A scheme built for sale needs looking after while it's marketed and handed over; an asset held for the long term needs managing for the life of the investment. There's no version of property development where management isn't required.
Our portfolio is a mix of uses — some schemes part-commercial and part-residential, some entirely commercial, some PBSA held or sold on — and no two assets are managed in quite the same way. What's consistent across all of them is that every single one requires proper oversight, in some shape or form.
That's why we set up AON Property Management: to keep that oversight in-house and under our own control, protecting the value of every investment in the short and long term. It gives our investors real confidence that the assets they've backed are being looked after properly, by a team that has understood the building since before it was even acquired.
AON Property Management manages only the assets AON Prop has developed or acquired — we do not take on the management of independently owned buildings outside the group. It's a dedicated function built to protect our own investments, not a general property management service.
Whether a single property or a growing portfolio, AON Property Management handles the details so owners don't have to.
Sourcing, referencing and managing tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
Proactive maintenance coordination and staying on top of regulatory requirements.
Clear reporting and financial oversight, giving owners full visibility of their assets.
Because AON Property Management sits within the same group as AON Prop, owners benefit from a team that understands property from acquisition through to long-term operation — not just management in isolation.
